MyGridline Sales Representative Referral Agreement 1. Role: As a MyGridline sales representative, you refer prospective clients to MyGridline engagements. Your unique referral code identifies you as the referring representative. 2. Commission: You earn commission on eligible client cash collected by MyGridline from clients you refer, at the rate set by MyGridline. Commission is earned only when client funds are received and cleared. 3. Referral Code: You will receive a unique referral code (MG-XXXX). It identifies you as the referring representative. It does not function as a discount code and does not alter the price. 4. Attribution: Referral attribution is preserved from the earliest valid documented referral. If multiple representatives claim the same company, the earliest submission wins. 5. Commission Reversal: If a client payment is fully refunded, the corresponding commission is reversed. 6. Term: This agreement remains in effect until terminated. Upon termination, no new commissions are earned, but outstanding commissions on already-collected payments remain payable per these terms. 7. Confidentiality: You agree not to disclose confidential information about referred clients or MyGridline's internal processes.
